If you have arrived from overseas or any Hotspots with Australia please let us know PRIOR to your appointment. We will ask for you to supply your G2G pass via email on cancellation or rescheduling of your appointments.

Upon arrival at our clinics, Clients and Customers will be asked to sign in using the SAFE WA app or by completing the handwritten mandatory contact register form available on our front desk.

All clients and therapists may be asked to wear a face mask in our clinic, unless otherwised advised by WA Government 

Please use hand sanitiser supplied on entry into our clinic.

To help protect people in our community, some additional restrictions are in place. You should not visit if you have:

  • returned from overseas in the last 14 days
  • been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days
  • a fever or symptoms of acute respiratory infection (e.g. cough, sore throat, runny nose, shortness of breath)
  • not had an up-to-date influenza vaccination.

Additionally, quarantine centre workers must wear a face mask and keep 1.5 metres away from other people when visiting residential aged care facilities. 

How the clinic will operate until further notice:

Client appointments with the same therapist will be spaced out with a minimum 15 minutes gap between each appointment, where possible.

The front door may be locked until your appointment time and we will open the front door upon entry and exit.

We may restrict clients from entering while another client is at our reception desk.

We ask that you please maintain 

Payment:

We are accepting cash however, contactless payment is preferred where possible.

We suggest payment online or over the telephone at time of booking.

We will email any receipts required for claiming through private health insurance or we can process your private health rebate when you attend for your appointment.

If the Eftpos terminal is required, it will be wiped before and after each payment.

We will ask all clients to stand on the black tape on the floor if interaction at our front desk is required and to not sit on our sofa unless necessary.

Routine cleaning and sanitising is carried out twice per day on high touch areas.

Every client and therapist will have their temperature checked upon entering the clinic.

Before your treatment we will ask a set of questions, in regard to COVID-19, to determine if we are able to carry out the treatment.

We will ask all clients to apply hand sanitiser after returning from the bathroom.

 

In the Treatment Room:

  • Our therapists may wear masks during the treatments.
  • Clients may be asked to wear their masks during treatments unless they have difficulty breathing.
  • All towels are changed after each client.
  • Clients with long hair will be required to bring their own hair clip/hair band.
  • Massage tables, face and armrests and handles will be wiped down with disinfectant and alcohol after each client.
  • If required, disposable face rest cover is provided for each client.
  • Doors, door handles, massage oil bottles and all shelves will be wiped down with alcohol after each client.
