Respecting Your Time
At Boutique Massage Studios (BMS), we value and respect your time. To ensure the best service for all clients and minimize no-shows, we have updated our cancellation and payment policies due to the increasing number of no-shows.
Booking Confirmation: A credit card is required to secure your appointment, with a non refundable 50% of the service amount due at the time of booking.
Cancellation Fees:

- 48-24 Hours Before Appointment: Cancelling within this window will result in a 50% cancellation fee, deducted from your card.
- No-Shows and Same-Day Cancellations: If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes of your appointment time, if you are a no-show, or if you cancel on the day of your appointment, 100% of the service fee will be deducted from your card.
- No Refunds for Change of Mind: Refunds will not be given for change of mind. Instead, a credit note will be provided, if within 48 hours of the appointment. After 48 hours and to the day of, will be classed as a cancellation and charged appropriately.
- Reminders: Several reminders are sent via text and email to help you keep track of your appointments. You are able to reschedule or cancel yourself online up to 48 hours before your appointment.
- Member Benefits: Members receive one (1) grace appointment per year for last-minute scheduling changes or cancellations. Ask how to sign up for free today!

Sickness on the Day:
- With a doctor’s note, we offer one reschedule at no additional cost.
- Alternatively, you may advertise your appointment on social media for someone to take your place, waiving your cancellation fee.
- The only exception for a reschedule on the day of the appointment is if you have a doctor’s note.
- If booked in for a Pregnancy Massage and should you enter into active labor we will reschedule you to a Post-Natal Massage. This must be advised within 48 hours.
- Gift Vouchers : Even if you are paying with a gift voucher, if you are a no-show, you will be charged the full service price as this results in lost revenue for our business when a paying client could of had that slot.
- When our therapists are sick/ or we need to make changes:
- Unfortunately, there may be times when our therapists are sick. We will always offer another therapist on the same day first, or if fully booked then a reschedule to another day. We will do our best to not cancel your appointment. Should we have to, we will supply back 50% of the initial service deposit.
Due to the increasing number of no-shows, we have had to enforce these policies to protect our business and ensure our therapists’ time is respected.
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Our goal is to provide flexibility while ensuring our therapists’ time is respected and business is sustained.
